With the development of material anticorrosion technology, the impregnated powder coating has been widely used in the field of metal products protection because of its excellent corrosion resistance. The purpose of this paper is to systematically investigate the corrosion resistance of impregnated powder coating and the scientific mechanism behind it.
The basic principle of the dipping process and the coating process of the dipping powder on the metal surface are described briefly, as well as the important significance of the process in improving the corrosion resistance of metal products.
Second, study on corrosion resistance of impregnated powder coating
1, coating material characteristics analysis: detailed introduction of the composition of the main components of the plastic powder (such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.) on the impact of corrosion resistance, including molecular structure characteristics, chemical stability and physical properties.
2. Experimental methods and evaluation system: The corrosion resistance of different impregnated powder coatings under simulated environment was quantitatively evaluated by means of salt spray test, wet heat cycle test and other testing methods.
3. Practical application case analysis: Combined with practical engineering application cases, the corrosion resistance effect of impregnated plastic powder coating and other anti-corrosion treatment methods is compared and analyzed.
