Hot-dip plastic steel cable protection pipe (hereinafter referred to as coated steel pipe) is a new type of anticorrosive composite pipe produced by fluidization impregnation process, which is a replacement product of the original coated plastic steel pipe or electrostatic nozzle. The product uses medium frequency power supply to heat the flaring to facilitate the connection between pipes. The surface of the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe is treated by high pressure sand blasting and high speed shot blasting respectively. At the same time, the steel pipe is heated to more than 300℃. Impregnated into film, then heated and solidified to level. The coating has good adhesion to the surface of the pipeline, which greatly improves the reliability of the cable pipeline. The coating is a new type of nanometer anticorrosive thermoplastic powder coating. It is a special anti-corrosion powder coating made of polyethylene as the base material, combined with various functional auxiliaries and pigments. The coating has excellent chemical resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance and crack resistance, and strong adhesion. The coating surface is smooth and decorative. The coating thickness is more than 400 microns, which cannot be achieved by spraying process, and the anti-corrosion performance is much higher than that of similar domestic products at present.
