Impregnation principle:
(1) Powder leaching originated from the fluidized bed method
Fluidized bed was first used in the Winkler gas producer for petroleum contact decomposition, and then developed the solid-gas two-phase contact process, and then gradually used in metal coating. Therefore, it is sometimes still called "fluidized bed coating method", the actual process is to add the powder coating to the porous container (flow tank) at the bottom, and the blower is sent into the treated compressed air from the bottom, so that the powder coating turns to reach the "fluidizing state" and becomes a uniform distribution of fine powder.
(2) The process is as follows:
After the workpiece is degreased and preheated to the melting point of powder coating, the plastic powder will adhere uniformly after dipping into the fluidized bed, and then plasticize the polymer crosslinking flow to form the steel-plastic composite product.
(3) Coating materials
Thermoplastic powder coating has the characteristics of softening in heat and curing into film after cooling, which is mainly a process of physical melting and plasticizing into film. Most of the dipping process uses thermoplastic powder, typical polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polytetrachloroethylene, suitable for non-toxic coating, general decorative, anti-corrosion, wear-resistant coating.
