The common anti-corrosion coatings for the battery box are epoxy powder coating and polyethylene powder coating, and both powder coatings have better anti-corrosion and insulation properties. After sandblasting, the surface of the battery box is heated in the oven to 250℃-350℃, and the polyethylene powder coating is impregnated by fluidized bed dipping. After the polyethylene coating is slightly flat, the epoxy powder is sprayed by electrostatic spraying, and the epoxy powder is cured by residual temperature or in the oven. This coating process integrates the good insulation properties, flexibility, chemical corrosion resistance of polyethylene powder coating, and the good appearance requirements of epoxy powder coating. In order to achieve a certain appearance, the melt flow rate of polyethylene powder coating is required to be high, and it can be leveled in a short time after dipping.
