Battery box powder

The formula scheme of polyethylene powder coating for battery box was developed by blending modification. The melt flow rate, mechanical properties and acid resistance of coating film of different blending schemes were measured. The prepared thermoplastic polyethylene powder coating can meet the requirements of the surface leveling of the battery box, has excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance, and can effectively improve the service life and safety of the battery box.
